From analysis through final deliverables, I excel at working with SMEs and other stakeholders to close the gaps. As an instructional designer, I'm driven by the challenge of turning complex ideas into clear, impactful learning experiences. I love the collaborative process, and I pride myself on building positive relationships with team members and stakeholders. I'm a lifelong learner, always seeking out new technologies and approaches that can improve the way people learn.

As a professional my willingness to lead and help others has resulted in managing committees and projects above and beyond the scope of my regular job duties. Through training, feedback, and self-reflection I have learned to excel and handling multiple projects at a time and grow my career to exceed performance expectations. 

I put my family first- pride myself in being a good father and role model for my 2 sons; and caring supportive husband to my amazing wife. I take pleasure in spending time outdoors. I also enjoy cooking, grilling, and trying new things. I am also passionate about inclusion, equity, and advocating for social justice.
