Business Problem:  Jake's Outdoors new bike department is suffering from poor customer reviews and high return rates. Employees are new to selling bikes and are unfamiliar with the correct recommendations for the customer's needs. The goal of Jake's Outdoors is to increase the customer ratings from 2.5 to 4 stars, and decrease the returns from 14% to 6%. Employees in the bike department will be able to understand the customer's needs and accurately recommend a bike and set up their product and accessories. 

Business Solution: 20 minute interactive e-learning course and job aid for the correct bike sizes assists employees in explaining the features of the 4 categories of bikes, identifying the type of bike that will fit the customer's needs, sizing and adjusting the bike correctly, and choosing additional products to complement their bike purchase.

Business Problem: Communication problems at a software development company have been leading to inefficient decision making, increased errors and rework, and missed project deadlines. Only 40% of the projects are meeting the deadlines for the clients.

Solution: A 25 minute e-learning training on identifying communication styles and how to adapt to each one, with a quick-reference Job Aid to accompany those taking the course.

Highlights: Employee communication scenarios, and several custom interactions including pop-ups, tabbed interaction, click to reveal, and accordion. Customized freeform knowledge checks with learner feedback layers. I also used custom number variables to create a survey with feedback results for the learners.
